A brief history and facts:

Balamban liempo was established last July in the present year by the couple Jojo and Honey Vergara. Inspired by a famous Liempo in Balamban, Cebu. It first opened at S. Cabahug corner Tres Borces St., Mabolo, Cebu City. Second branch just recently opened in Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu City (in front of USP) and soon will be opening its third branch in Hi-way, Mandaue just inline with The North Atrium building. Balamban Liempo's owners aim to open a total of 5 branches by the end of the year and 10 by the next year.

What you see is what you get (see above photo) - Juicy and yummy! The taste is really excellent and would make you ask for more. Balamban liempo is seasoned with secret ingridients (4 natural herbs) - making its aroma unique from any other liempo.
