ONDOY - made history last September 26, 2009, Saturday in Metro Manila and some parts of Luzon area by pouring a month's worth of rain in just few hours causing to a widespread of flood. According to folks, this was first to happen in the Philippine history! A lot of our fellow Filipinos suffered especially those who lived in a one storey house.
